The Shakespeare Stealer

All he wanted was to be swept away into a family that would love him. Instead, Widge was taken to work for Dr. Bright, who later passed him on to the foreboding Falconer and Mr. Bass. His new job is to steal the play Hamlet by copying the words in a notebook. But when he is caught, his lies get him welcomed into the life onstage. As time passes, Widge realizes how much he loves being a part of the family of actors that watch out for each other. Will he break the truth to his friends and warn them of Mr. Bass's plot to steal Hamlet? Or will he accomplish his original mission? I'm not going to tell you because you need to read Gary Blackwood's The Shakespeare Stealer and find out for yourself!
